• We actively engage our stakeholders, including our employees, contractors’ investors, supply chain, local communities, and customers to understand their EHSS objectives and address their concerns.

• Our EHSS objectives and continual improvement plans are based on proactive risk management, which aims to progressively prevent and minimize impacts, losses, injuries, and ill-health and eliminate hazards and reduce EHSS risks through the hierarchy of controls and are compatible with the strategic direction of the organization.
• We will investigate all our EHSS incidents to identify root causes, learn from incidents in our workplace and outside of Plant solutions to continuously improve our operational excellence, and comprehensively and transparently report on all aspects of our EHSS performance.
• Consultations with workers and their participations in decision making process related to EHSS management system and to meet their needs and expectations.
