Plant Solutions Construction Co. Ltd. (PSCC) was founded by Mr. Mesfer Mohammed S. Al-Qahtani which is a 100% Saudi based company, situated in the Eastern Province city of Al-Jubail, King Faisal Street, DANA building.

PSCC is primarily a Construction company which started working on Electrical and Instrumentation projects in Power Plants, Petrochemicals and Chemical Plants. We have expanded our horizon to incorporate multi-discipline activities related to Civil, Mechanical and Communication.

PSCC has a big manpower basis employed. We have a team of Professional engineers and experienced team of craftsmen hired from many countries. Our Manpower strength is currently at One hundred fifty-three and we also have ready visas to bring in more when needed.

PSCC is fully equipped with its own equipment’s required to execute the work at site. PSCC has its own Instrument Calibration Laboratory, which have the capability to calibrate 25/40 instruments a Day.

PSCC possess its own Fabrication shop to support the miscellaneous works 70SQM shop space.
